What are the operating hours of your clinics?
All clinics in SM Malls are open daily from 10AM until 9PM while our clinics in Ayala Malls are open daily from 11AM until 10PM.
How much is your consultation fee?
For the best skin advice, we encourage you to schedule a consultation for proper assessment and quotation of prices for your treatment. Consultation fee with our dermatologist is at Php500.00 which can also be waived if you avail any of our dermatological services.
Do you ship locally and internationally?
For locally, yes! You may visit our online store here: https://www.lazada.com.ph/shop/dermclinic/
For internationally, not yet, but we are working on it so that you can easily shop Dermclinic products. Please keep an eye out on our social media accounts for further announcements regarding this. For the meantime, our products are only available in all Dermclinic branches and in Lazada.

How do I book an appointment?
You may visit this page to book a schedule. After you provide your details, your preferred clinic location will get in touch with you to coordinate your chosen date and time. Please book at least 24 hours before your desired schedule. Our dermatologists are in the clinics from Monday to Sunday, 1 – 7PM.
I’d rather visit the clinic, do I really need to book an appointment?
We welcome both walk-ins and those who schedule ahead. To avoid waiting time, we always suggest booking an appointment via call or online. You may visit this page to set a schedule in one of our clinics.
What is your return policy?
We are pleased to accommodate returns within 7 days on all products that have not been used. Please return your items in the same condition that you received them, including their original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
I received a damaged/defective item/s, what should I do?
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately within 7 days from the purchase date and specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s). Our Quality Control Department will inspect your complaints. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return within 1-7 days.
Dermclinic products are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened or used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not opened.
