Return and Exchange Guidelines:

The patients are entitled to either exchange or return, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods or imperfection in the service.

For the products:

  1. The patient can return the item within 24 hours to 7 days maximum from the time purchased.
  2. The patient is eligible for a return, ifthe item is unused and in the same condition that the patient received it.
  3. The patient must return the item in the original packaging.
  4. The patient must have the receipt or proof of purchase in returning the item.
  5. The patient is eligible for product replacement, if the item is a defect in the quality of goods.

For the services:

      1. No return/refund, but can be transferred to another person within 7 days from the availment date. Provided the patient must present an authorization letter of transfer with signature.
      2. For the validity period, the patient is given months to consume based on doctor’s prescription or else it will be forfeited.
  • Sample:3 sessions – 3 months to 6 months maximum
  • 6 sessions = 6 months to 1 year maximum

If the patient requested for validity extension or refund due to imperfection of service, it is still subject to the doctor’s assessment & Management approval.
