Return and Exchange Guidelines
The patients are entitled to either exchange or return, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods or imperfection in the service
Product Guidelines
- The patient can return the item within 24 hours to 7 days maximum from the time purchased.
- The patient is eligible for a return, if the item is unused and in the same condition that the patient received it.
- The patient must return the item in the original packaging.
- The patient must have the receipt or proof of purchase in returning the item.
- The patient is eligible for product replacement, if the item is a defect in the quality of goods.
Services Guidelines
- No return/refund, but can be transferred to another person within 7 days from the availability date. Provided the patient must present an authorization letter of transfer with signature.
- For the validity period, the patient is given months to consume based on doctor’s prescription or else it will be forfeited.
Sample: 3 sessions = 3 months to 6 months maximum
6 sessions = 6 months to 1 year maximum
***If the patient requested for validity extension or refund due to imperfection of service, it is still subject to the doctor’s assessment & Management approval.
